Subscriptions & billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew after the 7-day free trial unless cancelled through your Apple account settings. Detailed guidance is provided in the main Terms.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for your own wellbeing and the choices you make using our content.

Experts: Coaches or wellness practitioners featured on audopia are independent; we do not guarantee outcomes.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years to purchase subscriptions or book expert sessions.

Teens (13–17): May use the app only with parental or guardian consent.

Children under 13: Not permitted.

By using audopia, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.

6. Expert & Third-Party Content

audopia may feature external coaches, therapists, or wellness practitioners.

Credentials belong to the individual experts; audopia does not guarantee outcomes.

Any reliance on expert content is at your own risk.

Third-party services such as RevenueCat are used for subscription management and analytics. They have access only to the information necessary to manage subscriptions and do not share personal data outside this purpose.

Example: RevenueCat processes subscription status and communicates with Apple to ensure your access is active.

 

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

audopia does not collect or store payment card information directly.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings.

Subscription pricing is based on Apple’s pricing tiers in your local currency.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7-day Free Trial:

New subscribers may use a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews unless cancelled via Apple account settings before the trial ends.

Cancelling during the trial prevents conversion to a paid subscription.

Promotions:

Promotional offers are subject to the terms of the specific offer.

Example scenario: You start a free trial on Monday. If you do not cancel by the following Monday through your Apple subscription settings, your credit card linked to Apple will be charged for the first paid month.

 

8. Refunds & Cancellations

All refunds must be requested through Apple Support. audopia does not provide refunds directly.

Refund eligibility, processing, and timing are determined by Apple.

Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Free trial periods are non-refundable once activated.

Example scenario: If you cancel your subscription after being billed, you retain access until the end of the billing cycle, but no refund is issued by audopia.

 

9. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the app or bypass restrictions.

Share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

Copy, distribute, or modify audopia content without permission.

Interfere with other users’ access or experience.

Sharing your login with multiple people violates these Terms.

Attempting to reverse-engineer audopia audio files is prohibited.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Termination & Account Closure

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by cancelling subscriptions.

Certain clauses (liability, IP rights, governing law) survive termination.
